A letter to Advken Online Store Customers
Hi dear customer,
Thanks for your support. We get some feedback about shipping time for the orders in our online store recently. Till now, we have to update something about shipping time to you, thanks for your time here.
1.Why my order is delayed?
We are sorry to keep you waiting for a longer time to get your order than before since March. As the reduced airlines caused by the COVID-19, the warehouse of each forwarder and airline company are overloaded, which means all the orders from China are waiting for shipping now, with the reduced airlines, and all the oversea customers waiting time is extended.
2.How long should my order be packed?
All the orders are dealt and packed within 1 business day and sent to the forwarder except the weekends. (Orders on Saturday and Sunday will be sent to forwarder on next Monday.)
3.How long should be except to get my parcel?
For DHL, we are informed by the forwarder, it would be around 5-20 business days for waiting time on board, then will be 3-5 days for local customs clearance and delivery service;
For postal way, we are informed by the forwarder, it would be around 12-30 business days for waiting time on board and local customs clearance and delivery service.
4.Which shipping way should I CHOOSE?
We suggest you choose what you want. Based on current situation, the shipping time of DHL is almost the same as the postal way, maybe a little bit quicker. There isn’t much difference. By the way, the DHL freight is much higher than postal way.
